Platform Rules & User Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ckr4 platform, including all games, betting markets, account features, promotions, and payment services. By registering an account or using any part of ckr4.vip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use ckr4. We reserve the right to request government-issued identity documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active ckr4 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated balances or pending withdrawals.
bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes. USDT withdrawals clear in under five minutes. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification checks. Funds must originate from the same payment method used for deposit.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering condition is fully met. ckr4 reserves the right to void bonuses claimed in breach of promotional terms.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated bots or software exploits, money laundering, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly forbidden. ckr4 employs automated monitoring systems to detect and act on prohibited behaviour in real time.
ckr4 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and ckr4 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the ckr4.vip website, mobile interface, associated applications, game content, sports betting services, payment processing features, promotional programmes, and all related services collectively referred to as "the Platform".
This Agreement is effective as of the date you first access the Platform or create an account, whichever is earlier. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team via live chat at ckr4.vip.
ckr4 reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or supplement any provision of these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where a material change requires reasonable advance notification to registered players. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at ckr4.vip/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly stated at the top of the document. Your continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
Governing Language
These Terms are written in English, which is the operative and binding language of this Agreement. Any translation provided for convenience purposes only shall have no legal effect and shall not override the English-language version in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.
Separate Policies
In addition to these Terms, your use of ckr4 is also governed by our Privacy Policy (available at ckr4.vip/privacy-policy) and our Responsible Gaming Policy (available at ckr4.vip/responsible-gaming). You should read both documents carefully. Together, these three documents form the complete legal framework governing your relationship with ckr4.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain a ckr4 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the duration of your account:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the legal minimum age for online gambling activities in your applicable jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You are a natural person — corporate accounts and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
- You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting activities under the laws applicable to you in the jurisdiction where you reside or are currently located.
- You are not acting on behalf of any other person and are not making deposits or placing bets using funds owned by a third party.
- You do not already hold an active ckr4 account. Only one account per player, per household, and per device is permitted.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from the ckr4 Platform or had a ckr4 account closed for breach of these Terms.
- You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee, contractor, or director of ckr4 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
Age Verification
ckr4 employs automated age verification checks at the point of registration. In addition, we reserve the right to request government-issued identity documentation — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — at any stage of your account lifetime, including before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests.
Geographic Eligibility
ckr4 primarily serves players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your specific location. ckr4 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate, accessible, or legal in all jurisdictions. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and ckr4 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from such access.
Account Registration & Management
To access the full range of ckr4 Platform features — including making deposits, placing bets, playing casino games, and claiming bonuses — you must first register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
Registration Requirements
During registration you will be required to provide at minimum: a valid email address, a secure password of your choosing, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number for SMS-based verification. You agree to keep all registration information accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ckr4 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. ckr4 will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat at ckr4.vip so that we can suspend your account and investigate the breach.
Account Closure
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before an account can be closed, all pending bets must be settled and any active bonus conditions must be resolved. Balances remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification checks. ckr4 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. ckr4 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule. Players will be notified in advance of any fee deduction. Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for 24 months may be archived or closed at ckr4's discretion.
Deposits & Withdrawals
ckr4 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed specifically for the needs of players in Bangladesh, including domestic mobile money services and major cryptocurrency networks. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the terms set out in this section.
Supported Payment Methods
ckr4 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Bitcoin (BTC). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ckr4's discretion. The current list of active payment methods is always available on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account dashboard.
Deposit Terms
- The minimum bKash deposit is ৳100. Minimum deposits for other methods are displayed at the point of transaction.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Deposits are credited to your ckr4 wallet in real time for mobile money methods. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations.
- ckr4 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ckr4 accepts no responsibility.
- ckr4 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before crediting any unusually large deposit.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our finance team following a formal request.
- bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. USDT withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to a standard identity verification check. Players who have not yet completed full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may experience processing delays.
- ckr4 reserves the right to apply a maximum daily or weekly withdrawal limit. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
- Withdrawals of funds that have not been subject to at least one complete wagering cycle (i.e., funds deposited and never placed as a bet) may be subject to an administration fee at ckr4's discretion.
Currency & Conversion
ckr4 accounts are denominated in the currency selected at registration. Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) and USDT are the primary account currencies. Where a conversion is required between currencies, ckr4 applies the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction. Exchange rates fluctuate and ckr4 accepts no liability for any difference between the rate at the time of deposit and the rate at the time of withdrawal.
Bonuses & Promotions
ckr4 offers a variety of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to major cricket events such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All promotional offers are governed by this section and by the individual promotion-specific terms published at the time of each offer.
General Bonus Conditions
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet all applicable wagering requirements before being converted to withdrawable cash balance.
- Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Only bets placed with real money (not bonus funds) count towards meeting wagering requirements, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
- Different game categories contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and sports betting contributions vary by promotion and are stated in the specific offer terms.
- Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
Abuse of Promotions
ckr4 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts, using matched betting strategies in ways that contravene individual promotion terms, exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting systems, and coordinating with other players to artificially satisfy wagering requirements. Any player found to be abusing promotional offers will have their bonus balance voided, may have their account suspended, and may be required to return any withdrawal made possible as a result of the abuse.
Modification and Withdrawal of Offers
ckr4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including if ckr4 determines that the offer has been made available as the result of a technical error. Where an offer is withdrawn after a player has partially met its conditions, ckr4 will make a reasonable determination on a case-by-case basis as to whether a proportionate benefit should be awarded.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the ckr4 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and fair manner at all times. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered players and to any person who accesses ckr4.vip in any capacity.
Your Obligations
- Provide accurate and complete information at registration and keep that information current throughout your account lifetime.
- Use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or business purpose.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify ckr4 immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling and financial transactions.
- Use only payment methods registered in your own name for all deposits and withdrawals.
- Cooperate fully with any identity verification, source of funds, or anti-money-laundering checks initiated by ckr4's compliance team.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckr4 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or support interactions.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain any unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
- Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer game format.
- Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or payment processing glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be recovered by ckr4.
- Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from any illegal activity.
- Reverse-engineering, copying, scraping, or reproducing any part of the ckr4 Platform or its content without prior written consent.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing ckr4 support staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Accessing or attempting to access another player's account or any restricted administrative area of the Platform.
Intellectual Property
All content available on the ckr4 Platform — including but not limited to the ckr4 brand name, logo, visual design, page layouts, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, software, source code, databases, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of ckr4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from ckr4.
- Use the ckr4 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written authorisation.
- Frame or embed any portion of the ckr4 Platform within another website or application without prior written consent.
- Use any automated means to access, scrape, or extract data from the Platform.
Game content made available through the ckr4 Platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. All intellectual property rights in that game content remain with the respective studios and are used by ckr4 under the terms of its licensing agreements with those providers.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to ckr4 regarding the Platform may be used by ckr4 without restriction or compensation. You assign to ckr4 all intellectual property rights in any such submissions.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ckr4 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds due to betting outcomes, game results, or market movements.
- Temporary or permanent Platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures beyond ckr4's reasonable control.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
- Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or blockchain network congestion.
- Losses attributable to reliance on inaccurate odds, game information, or promotional details resulting from a technical error, provided that ckr4 acts promptly to correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.
- Any loss or damage arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.
No Warranty
The ckr4 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ckr4 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. While ckr4 invests significantly in platform stability and security, we cannot guarantee that the Platform will always be free from bugs, outages, or security vulnerabilities.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement
You acknowledge and accept that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss. ckr4 does not guarantee any outcome on any game or betting market. Decisions to place bets or play games are made entirely at your own discretion and financial risk. ckr4 strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly, to set personal deposit and loss limits, and to make use of the self-exclusion tools available within their account settings. Disputes
Any dispute regarding a game outcome, payment transaction, or bonus calculation must be submitted to ckr4's support team via live chat within 30 days of the relevant event. ckr4 will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe. ckr4's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Amendments
ckr4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published at ckr4.vip/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. For material changes, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
